About TI Asset Management, Inc.

Our Team

History

TI Asset Management was founded in 1995 to provide asset management and property management services to institutional and individual owners of income-producing properties. Since the time of our founding, we have professionally managed in excess of 3.5 million square feet of commercial and residential real estate in the Southeast and beyond, for our clients.
Our 50+ employees have extensive property and asset management experience averaging 15 years + in the business. This depth of experience is with a broad range of property types: From Class A luxury to affordable housing apartments, smaller single-tenant buildings to large office towers, and credit retail to small centers. We also rely on our network of professionals who provide specialized expertise including legal, appraisal, engineering, marketing, and taxation services.
TI Asset Management strives to attain an organized asset management plan with owners, including an exit strategy at the time of management takeover. We understand that profitability in property ownership is the result of a sequence of small, smart decisions made in the day-to-day management. On-going reporting and communication with ownership is essential to streamline operations and maximize property profitability.
