TIAM has successfully managed its portfolio through the challenges of the financial turmoil and ensuing weak economy for its clients. Occupancies, while impacted, have been maintained and stability achieved for our investors, lenders and stakeholders. Between 2009 and 2012, we successfully refinanced eleven loans in an almost prohibitive lending environment, due to a proactive asset management plan and cooperative investors and lenders. This experience is now also being applied to TIAM’s Government contract facilities management operations and maintenance clients.
